• Individual coaching sessions
• Group workshops and training programs
• Presentation design and development
• Public speaking assessments

4. Service Booking and Payment

Booking Process

All services must be booked in advance through our official booking system or by direct contact. Booking confirmation will be sent via email.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due as specified in your service agreement
• Individual sessions: Payment due 48 hours before the session
• Workshops: 50% deposit required to secure booking, remainder due 7 days before event
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as agreed

Pricing

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Austrian VAT. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice for ongoing services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations

• Individual Sessions: 24-hour notice required for full refund
• Workshops: 7-day notice required for full refund
• Short Notice Cancellations: Subject to 50% cancellation fee
• No-Show: No refund provided

Our Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a service, you will receive a full refund and the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

All content, materials, and resources provided by Tolerconos, including but not limited to training materials, presentations, handouts, and methodologies, are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Tolerconos.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our materials without written permission
• Materials provided during training are for personal use only
• Any recordings of sessions are prohibited without explicit written consent

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and training content. Similarly, we expect clients to respect the confidentiality of other participants in group settings and proprietary methodologies shared during training.

8. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Arrive punctually for scheduled sessions
• Actively participate in training exercises
• Treat all participants and trainers with respect
• Complete assigned practice exercises between sessions
• Provide honest feedback to help us improve our services
• Respect the learning environment of all participants

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent training and support, please note:

• Results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or career advancement
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) may affect service delivery

• Upon termination, any unused portions will be refunded according to our refund policy
